How to order:
  • Browse the catalog of products buy using the Categories links on the left hand side of the screen.
  • When you find a product you wish to purchase, scroll to the bottom of the description and enter the quanity you want to purchase and then click the BUY button.
  • This will put the item into your "shopping cart". This is a virtual holding place for the products you're interested in. You may continut to add items to this cart while browsing.
  • When you're ready to make your payment and close the order, you need to select the CHECKOUT button or link. This will take you through a 4 step process of entering your address, choosing your shipping, and making the payment.
  • MONEY ORDERS: If you want to pay by sending a money order, print out the checkout page (make sure the Reference number is readable) and mail it to the address on our Contact page. Leave the items you ordered (and only those items) in your shopping cart and we'll process your order once we get your check.
  • It is very important that you return to our site after you make the online credit card payment. The payments are made at a bank site and we do not keep this information on our servers. So to complete an order you most click the return to our site button found at the bank site.
  • You should now get a confirmation of your order being completed and you should get an email notification as well (not just an email from the bank). If this does not happen, please contact us.
  • You may now watch your order status under your Account History. Most orders are shipping within a few days, some though can take a week. If you haven't heard anything from us within a week, please contact us.




Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ):

Q: My order has been in Processing for several days, what's the delay?

A: Not all items are in stock, sometimes we must get them from our distributors. We are 1 day shipping from 80% of the products we sell, but sometimes items have to come from warehouses that can take up to 5 more days to ship to us (Restocking status). We only put orders on Backorder status if we know we can't get them from any warehouse at this time. Be assured that if the order was set to Processing we are addressing it.



Q: Do you ship overseas? If so how much does it cost?

A: Please refer to our shipping page and our policy page

The short answer is YES, but we require proof of your credit card ownership (scanned in mail or faxed to us). This is to protect you as well as us against the out of control internet credit card fraud.

If your country receives Global Prioirty Mail from USPS.com then we can send you a book or two for only $9.00 USD. But if your order is for some dice or several books that can't fit into an this envelope then we charge you the actual shipping which can run from $10-$35. We require a pre-payment of a deposit of $30 and we'll credit you after it's shipped.
